Constanţa is one of the largest Romanian cities, on the Black Sea shore.

From anywhere in Constanţa look for a 43 line bus to go to Carrefour. From this place you'll find easy a ride to go to Tulcea and Danube Delta or Hârşova, if you intend to cross the Danube and go to see Moldavian Monasteries or to go to Ploieşti and Braşov.
