Pontarlier is a city in the Franche-Comté region,France.

Wherever you guy want to go, this area is the dreamt place to hitch-hike, you really won't wait (I can say I'm angry if I wait more than 15mn (enought for a short ride))

There's only 2 exits, one to Besancon, the other one to Lausanne, Switzerland.
